Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide to over 100 countries offering two shipping options: by regular Dhl, Ups and Usps . Shipping is free (for United States and Europe). Shipping takes 2 or 5 business days. No, the shipping cost are flat rates and no shipping cost increase is applied on larger order.

Returns & Exchange

VERY IMPORTANT RULES ABOUT RETURN PROCEDURE:
A little 20% restocking fee (for refund) on the entire value of the order (itm(s) + shipping) will be applied when returning the goods to us.
We do not exchange or refund USED products.
We make free exchange.
The shipping cost will be paid by Styleforus only and exclusively when the return is a result of our error. If you received a damaged or wrong merchandise, we advise you to immediately contact our Customer Service within and no later than 5 business days.
No fees are due if the return is caused by a fault on our part (wrong order shipped, etc.).
All returns and exchanges must be requested no later than 10 calendar days after receiving the product. The product must be sent back to Styleforus within 25 days from the date of delivery.
We will exchange your return/refund your payment once we receive your package.
We are not responsible for what could happen to the returned items during shipment back: if we receive them damaged we can't accept the return.
You can exchange an item sending it back within 15 days from the receiving date. An exchange can be asked only once per item .
Refunds are processed after checking returned items integrity and credits may take up to 15 days to appear on the statement of your credit card; that's depend on the type of credit card used or on your bank.

Size Charts
For women's shoes, European sizes are used. You'll never see a 6 or 7 inside a shoe.

For men's shoes, UK size schedule is used which runs one size smaller than the US size:

To Use Your Credit Card
On the order entry form, enter your name exactly as it appears on your credit card. Then fill out your credit card billing address as it appears on your credit card statement.
We need this information to take your order and validate your credit card, but will charge your card only when the product is shipped* (within 48 hours of order placement, depending on your preferred shipping method).
